Pickup and Delivery
All viewings and pickups are by appointment only. Once your rental is confirmed, you will receive a pickup confirmation with your scheduled time. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving, as items are prepared specifically for each appointment. Pickups take place at our West Kelowna location, with the address provided upon confirmation.
Limited delivery is available within the Okanagan Valley for an additional fee, subject to availability. If you require delivery, please contact Reset Props at 778-938-6144 to discuss options, scheduling, and costs.

Accepted Payment Types:
Reset Props currently accepts cheque, cash, and e-transfer, credit card. Payment details will be provided on your invoice or booking confirmation.
Cheque
Payments are accepted by arrangement and must be made payable to Reset Props. Mailing details will be provided on your invoice if required.
Cash
Cash payments may be accepted at the time of scheduled pickup, by prior arrangement only.
E-Transfer
E-Transfer is available for electronic payment. Instructions, including the appropriate email address and reference details, will be included with your invoice. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.
Credit CardS
All major credit cards are accepted. Instructions are located in the invoice provided.
Pricing Structure
Rental pricing is based on a weekly rate and discounted for extended rentals:
First Week: 100%
Second Week: 75%
Third Week and Beyond: 50%
